What we collect
We collect only what you send us through the forms on this site:
- Contact details, name, phone number, email address, company name.
- Partner enquiries, equipment you operate, number of trucks, authority status, states you run.
- Role applications, the work history and qualifications you choose to tell us about.
- Basic analytics, pages viewed and how you arrived. Aggregated, and not tied to you personally.
We do not ask for your Social Security number, driving record, or any identity document through this website. If we need those later in a hiring or onboarding process, we will ask for them directly and tell you why.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, assess a partnership or role application, and keep records required of a motor carrier. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and applications are kept for as long as we need them to answer you and to meet the record-keeping duties of a motor carrier, then deleted. If you become a partner or an employee, the records move into that relationship and are kept for as long as it lasts.
Enquiries and applications are kept for months, then deleted, unless we are required to retain them longer for regulatory reasons or you have become a partner or employee.
Your choices
