Operations & load planning
Keeping partner trucks loaded and moving.
You decide which loads we take, which we decline, and how a week of capacity gets used. Deadhead is a number you will care about personally.
We contract the driving and the wrenching to people who are better at it than we would be. What stays in-house is the work that decides whether freight actually arrives, and every one of those jobs is listed below.
Most carriers our size are hiring drivers and mechanics. We are not, because we do not employ them: capacity comes from owner-operators running under our authority, and maintenance goes to shops that do it all day.
What that leaves is a handful of jobs with unusually wide scope. Nobody above you re-does your work. Nobody below you takes it off your hands.
These decide whether a load arrives. Everything else in this business can be bought from someone who does it better; these cannot.

The one number a shipper calls. No queue.
You are the point of contact from booking to delivery. When a receiver holds a truck for four hours, the shipper hears it from you before they have to ask.
Authority, insurance, and partner vetting.
You own partner vetting, insurance records and the checks required before work begins.
Lane profitability, deadhead, utilisation.
You work out which lanes actually make money once the empty miles are counted, and tell operations the answer they did not want.
Each of these sits close enough to the freight to see the effect of a decision the same week you make it.
We list a job when it is real and open, and this is what that looks like when none are. Send us something anyway and we keep it on file for the next one.

These are not open today. Each one opens at a point we can already name. Apply now and we hold your application for it.
TimingOpens once vetting is more work than one person can do alongside dispatch.
TimingOpens with the second live state, when lanes stop fitting in one head.
